I’m renting out my beautiful Park City, Utah condo… and it could be yours!

About My Park City Condominium

My 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located on the new side of Park City, Utah and is within walking distance of the Tanger Outlet Mall, Walmart, Staples, the Post Office, Smith’s Supermarket, Whole Foods, the movie theater, Best Buy, and a number of restaurants and other small businesses.

The condo is just minutes away from Park City’s three world-famous ski resorts – Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort and The Canyons.

The Park City bus service runs year-round and is totally free. Best of all, there are two bus stops right near my condo, so you can jump on the bus and go anywhere in town for free! I have personally been living in Park City without a car for more than three years now. I walk and ride my bike to the supermarket and other local businesses, and when I want to go to one of the local resorts or into downtown Park City, I just hop on the free bus and I’m there in a matter of minutes.

My condo is approximately 750 square feet large. The condo has 1 large bedroom, 1 large walk-in closet, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 eating area, 1 large living room, and 1 outdoor patio with a view of the Swaner Nature Preserve and the peaks of Uinta Mountains.

The condo is fully-furnished and comes with everything you will need to enjoy your stay in Park City. There is a washing machine and dryer in the unit and all of the kitchen eating utensils are included. Plates, bowls, pots, utensils, etc. Everything you need is here!

The complex that my condo is in also has some nice additional features. There is a large swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi. There are also 2 tennis courts, a small gym, and a clubhouse that you are welcome to use and enjoy! All of these extra amenities are FREE!

My condo is located on the first story of a three-story building and you get a covered parking spot as well.

My Park City condo is perfect for 1-2 people. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom and the sofa in the living room folds out into a bed in case you want to have some guests come and visit you (2 can sleep in the bedroom and 2 can sleep in the living room).

For photos and more details on each room of the condo, please scroll down.

Living Room

Near the entrance of my condo is a nice little bench on which you can sit and remove your shoes after entering. You can store your shoes under the bench and hang your jacket on the coat rack above.

The condo comes with a nice big television and a five-disc DVD player. Your cable bill is included with the rent. You will get 71 different channels on TV and if that isn’t enough, there are a number of different places to rent movies in town. The living area has a table big enough to seat four people.

dining room

In the living room there is a nice gas fireplace. Sit on the couch, turn on the fireplace and enjoy a warm cup of hot chocolate. What a great way to spend a day in Park City!

living room furniture

The living room coffee table contains two large drawers that you can store your things in and the sofa folds out into a bed in the event that you have guests who come and visit.

Patio

Just outside the living room is a small patio with two chairs and a small table. The patio is the best place to hang out during the summer. The views from the patio are excellent as well!

Kitchen

In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, sink, microwave and all the dishes you will need during your stay. Plus, the window near the sink has some great views of the nearby ski resorts.

The kitchen also has a four-burner electric stove, a large refrigerator and freezer, plus a toaster, blender and coffee maker.

Laundry Room

In a small nook at the back of the kitchen is the laundry area. Here you will find a full-size washing machine and dryer. The dryer is shown above. The washing machine is shown below.

Bedroom

These pictures don’t do the bedroom justice. The bedroom in my Park City condo is very large and features a queen-size bed with a carriage frame. Beside the bed there are two night-stands, two lamps, and a large mirrored six-drawer dresser.

On the other side of the bedroom are two doors. One door leads into the large walk-in closet and the other door leads into the bathroom.

Walk-In Closet

This is my closet with all of my things in it. The closet is so big, I’ve even put my computer and desk in it.

As you can see there is a lot of room to store your belongings. But none of this stuff will be in the closet when you arrive. I will remove all my personal belongings from the closet and when you get here the closet will look like it does in the photo below – empty.

Bathroom

In the bathroom there is a toilet, shower/bath, and a beautiful sink and faucet. There is also a towel rack, toilet paper holder, plunger, and three framed photos from my travels in Montenegro.

Outside The Condo

condo clubhouse

My condo is located in a complex called “Powederwood.” The photo above is the Powderwood clubhouse, which is where the swimming pool, tennis courts, exercise room, and showers are located.

jacuzzi hours

Just a few steps outside the front door of my condo is the large outdoor hot tub. This is a great place to hang out after a long day of work or a long day on the mountain.

trail behind the condo

Behind the condo is a great little walking/biking trail. Park City has more than 300 miles of trails for you to enjoy!

This is the outside of my condo. The window on the bottom-right is the bedroom window in my condo. The patio to the left of that window is my patio. The grass in this photo is not very green because I took the photo just after the snow had melted. During the summer, the grass is green and there are leaves on the trees.

Photos From Park City, Utah

I took these photos while skiing in Park City this past winter.

You can go skiing at The Canyons, Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Ski Resorts. You can go snowboarding at The Canyons and Park City Mountain Resort. Deey Valley, which is the resort furthest away from my condo, does not allow snowboarders.

This is an awesome natural half-pipe at The Canyons Ski Resort. The Canyons is the closest ski resort to my condo.

The photo above was taken from the condo’s bedroom window after a heavy snowfall.

There are many old barns and buildings in Park City. The city used to be a large silver mining town, so there is a lot of history here.

The little red structure you see on the right-side of the above photo is the bus stop that you will wait at when jumping on the city’s free bus.

This is what the free city buses look like. Pretty cool, right!? The buses will take you just about anywhere in town you want to go… and they are totally free!

This is the main road leading into downtown Park City, Utah. The ski resort in the background is Park City Mountain Resort.

If you like art, there are a ton of art galleries in Park City. During the summer, there are art festivals and there are art lessons that you can take at the Kimball Arts Center just about any time of the year.

The photo above is of a really cool poster shop on Main Street in downtown Park City.

Egyption Theatre - park city, utah

This is the world-famous Egyptian theater. When you see Park City is a magazine or newspaper, there is almost always a picture of the Egyptian Theater. The theater is one of the main venues during the Sundance Film Festival, which takes places each January in Park City. During the rest of the year the theater is used to put on shows, concerts and live performances.

This is a free Trolley that runs up and down Main Street.

Horses are big in Park City. You can ride a horse on just about any trail in town… and if you don’t have a horse of your own, you can rent one!

All year long, Park City hosts a number of free events. You will never get bored in Park City. The photo above shows runners taking off on a 5K run. Below, young students from the School of Rock play rock and roll music while a large audience listens to them jam.

Just about five miles outside of Park City is this beautiful reservoir where you can go boating, camping, or fishing.

Cycling is huge in Park City. There are lots of roads to cycle on and hundreds of miles of single-track off-road trails for people who love the mountain bike.

The Olympics were held in Park City during the year 2002. The Utah Olympic Park was built in Park City specifically for the Olympics. Today, the Olympic Park hosts a number of events, including winter and summer bobsled rides, zip line rides and more. The Olympic Park has a small ski museum attached to it and they will even teach you how to do ski jumps if that is something you are interested in learning.

The photo above is of Deer Valley – the most luxurious part of Park City.

This is Park City’s historic Main Street during the weekly Sunday market. The market is a great place to come and view art, listen to music, or buy food and home-made crafts.

Park City also puts on hundreds of free outdoor concerts each and every year. The photo above was taken at the NewPark concert arena, which is just across the street from my condo. Every Thursday during the summer they put on a big outdoor concert at this location. Again, it is free to attend and highly recommended.

Motorcycles are popular in Park City during the summer.
